The food was hot and fresh. The Whopper bacon combo was good though the bacon has a rubbery texture. The cheesy tots were bland with a crispy texture.The Big Fish was good with a crisp texture and pleasant taste. Overall service was pleasant and the restaurant was clean.

Seriously not just this place but every store in Elyria has teenagers working at it that seem like they couldn't add two plus two. Texting and emojis are not life skills. So please, learn SOMETHING. Thanks.

How hard is the drive thru with 2 cars including mines and offer to wait. I ordered a value fry out the grease and rodeo burger add cheese . the cashier rung the order in correctly. But I get my bag no cheese on burger and old fries re dropped in grease and then overly salted. The question is WHY?????

I went with a friend, who's a vegetarian. I went to pay with a gift card, which they said wouldn't work despite having only gotten it two days prior. On top of that, they gave her a regular meat patty instead of the impossible meat one, she was really upset and so was I. I can give a zero, so I'm leaving a one star review.

My husband went there earlier today to get lunch…..What a mess he ordered a whopper jr with cheese came as a dbl/ no sauce for the mozzarella sticks/ Ordered a ice tea got it but but NO ice/ so hubby ordered from the drive thru but had to go in because they messed the order up at the drive through ..The food was stone cold when he got it and we’re not far.So done with BK
