Only giving a one star because I cant give 0. Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes before I said something to a waitress because a table sat down after us and was getting waited on before us. A waitress then came up, because I said something to the waitress serving the other table, to take our drink order. I said we were ready to order our food as well. Gave her our order. 20 minutes pass, a different waitress come up to double check our order. We Asked to speak to manager. Manger came up we voiced our concern about if our order had been put in or not. She went to go check and stated it had not been put in. Took our order for a third time. Went back and personally made it. Waited an hour to get our good. Very dissatisfied with my experience here.

Had a late breakfast with my brother here. No wait for a good table. Service was just right - timely but not too intrusive. Eggs were done just as we ordered, and all the other items were fine as well. Especially enjoyed the cinnamon pancakes that came with my order. Coffee was very good and they provide an insulated carafe so you can pour your own refills.

Every time I eat here it's a pleasant experience and the food is on POINT! I got the spicy poblano omelet and stuffed French toast. The omelet was so good I wanted to get another but alas I can't pig out like I used lol. Our server was was also great, polite attentive, and accurate with our order. Will be back for sure!

I really appreciate the server we had today. When we arrived, we saw Bryan run out of the store in the snowy cold weather to give a customer back what looked like a jacket. That kindness and courteousness was exactly what we observed as our server as well. We took a very long time to decide on what to order (the menu is so long ha!) but he was very patient with us, and throughout the visit made us feel comfortable and welcome. What great staff! Thanks again, Bryan!

Sat there for 40 minutes waiting for our food, waitress didn't come by once to check on us. We needed refills almost the entire time, we finally were able to catch the manager walking by and asked him to check on the status of our food and get us our refills and he dissappeared for 10 minutes....never got our refills. Food came out and looked awful, my eggs were supposed to be over easy and were broken open....when we expressed our discontent our waitress said "I'm not doing this" threw her hands in the air and stormed off. Manager was not helpful in anyway, only said "I do apologize" and then stood there in silence....We have been here previously and have had issues with something plastic being cooked into our omelette. Needless to say we will not be going back.
