Dairy Queen

The food was well put together, and was definitely made to order-- it came out nice and hot. Service was on the slow side though--it was quite busy in there, and a lot of people were milling about waiting for their food. I think we were maybe 5th in queue and waited upwards of 10-15 minutes after placing our order before our number was called.

Alright so long story short I do doordash on the side for extra money. I went to this location to pick up a order, when I walked into the store there’s a sign hanging above the counter that says mobile order pick up. My order was sitting there and I confirmed the name on it. I walked out with the order. As I was backing up to leave a employee came out saying that order isn’t yours.. I said for “name” he said “show me your phone then!” So I showed him the name and the order. Nothing better to feel like a criminal when your just trying to deliver the food. He said usually we hand it to you… so why was it just sitting on the counter with a sign showing mobile order pick up….. I understand there have been people stealing orders but you don’t need to act like that. Won’t be accepting orders from this location ever again.

The lady that runs the kitchen here is an awesome lady who is extremely hard working! She is willing to strike up a conversation and makes sure all the food is FRESH and WARM! I trust this DQ unlike the Big Lake one. If they lose that lady though they will probably be in trouble. She is a rockstar! The hours are always changing due to staffing shortages but I still love this DQ!

1st off its a 95 degree day, 06/14/2022 checking on elderly cause that's what people should do! grams wanted a large choc shake, also ordered a medium blizzard and an order of pretzels and queso, got my order get out to car was gunna munch on pretzels and open up container its fries with queso, i bring back in to get what i wanted, pretzels..., gray hair guy says give me the fries u get one or the other i said are u gunna eat them he says no now wouldnt ya normally just let the customer eat them... while they wait for right order in the mean time grams large choc shake is straight liquid when i get back to car, poor management! Never will i visit this DQ and I'm sure gram will be letting all her neighbor's know...
