Mcdonald's

Drove to macdonalds last night, when we got inside of the restaurant, the entire place was a disgusting all around. Every table pretty much wasn't cleaned, no where to sit, bins over filled and falling on the ground, e.t.c. Why couldn't a team member at least cleared the tables and empty the bins, as they go, and then wiped the tables down? They have a koisk host for a reason. They call this an establishment, but have poor skills to maintain the place. Overall, who would want to eat here? This is more then a food and health safety issue.

I don't even want to give you guys a star!! First of all customer service was absolutely disgraceful. A young woman who walked out with our meal 5 to 10 minutes after we ordered couldn't' even apologise for the wait. Food was cold straight away. Burger had a disgusting taste to it. Wasn't impressed at all! And you should reconsider people who you hire that know basic customer service. Definitely not going back!

Every time I go into this business their ordering machines do not function as they should. Their system stops part way through an order. When you cancel the order and start again, the same thing happens. Other times I have simply gone to their counter and waited for service but, was never served, everyone just looked and ignored. This time I just waited and was served, placed my order and complained about the system. I was told that theirs 'does that too, sometimes'. Well why don't we just go back to someone taking orders all the time, that way Macca's wouldn't just expect their paying customers' time to be wasted. How about some 'customer service's for a change, after all, we pay our way and your wages.

So I was there not even an hour ago and I ordered a big Mac meal. The staff were so rude they were gossiping about the kitchen boys and they told me to park even tho I was already waiting 8 minutes and they didn't even give out my drink. They Brought the food out didn't bring out my drink and tried to tell me I already had it even tho I didn't. My big Mac only had the meat and big Mac sauce. No cheese or lettuce or pickles and they told me I ordered it like that. Never going there again
