Four stars because food is usually good here, but every once in awhile I get food that may have been sitting for a bit. I can taste the difference between fresh food and food that's been sitting. This place is normally good though. My advice is always ask to get a fresh order even if you have to wait a while. It's always worth the wait!!!

My favor place to eat is " KFC " The food was almost cold, dry, look like the chicken was sitting down all day. Not juice... Mash potatoes not hot, French fries dry.. I wasn't happy... The management there is terrible, a worker from the kitchen was unprofessional talking to the people.. I don't know if that was the food from the night before, but was terrible, I just eat the bread and I drink the soda.. SECOND time after a month, I try again. pass by and I was hungry. I order the same food. Mash potatoes, 2 piece of chicken, French fries... Only the french fries was hot, the chicken and mash potatoes almost cold..I'm not planning to go back again sorry.. this was my experience.

Food quality was WAY better than the KFC in Irvington! The server was FANTASTIC, giving me not only good chicken pieces but FRESH BISCUITS, which is a rarity! Location was good. And even though the place is small, the service was quick. Will DEFINITELY be back! *UPDATE* Even with different staff, the chicken quality is STILL tasty without leaving stomach pains! Continue to support them!

Carmen was at the register and saw me walk in and didn’t attend me at all but a lady that came to pick up Uber eats comes in and helps her while I’m just trynna get sauce that wasn’t put in my delivery order. Every time I order from this location through Uber eats I get the worst service I wouldn’t recommend this place Carmen is disrespectful because she made eye contact with me and didn’t even attend me at all and when I ask her for the sauce she gives it to me with attitude and still gave me the wrong sauce

I wonder how this place has not yet been shut down by the City's department of health. This is not a hit or miss restaurant but a constant miss. It's been going downhill for years but now it is a lot worse. At times I crave my good old days KFC fried chicken; therefore, every now and then I humbly stumble by. My latest visit was on Jan 6, 2022, after a long wait I was told that my extra crispy chicken order suggested by the Cashier was not available, since they only had the original; after a brief exchange I nodded to that one but when I came home I was shocked to see two huge pieces of breast that seemed like picked from a garbage container, I was brave enough to taste it and it was not uncooked but literally almost raw chicken. I wrapped up all the pieces purchased and went straight up to the dumpster. The young workers in that place need to trained, retrained or recycled to other industry that have nothing to do with food. Gross...... I attempted a phone call to report the incident instead of going to the media but of course no one picked up and voice mail is not even set up. Disgustingly unhealthy food....! Last try after plenty of misses... I will not visit them again!
