I need to really start going with my instincts. I read all the bad reviews but I still wanted to give them a try. First off from the outside the place looks like a club in Miami, it’s huge it’s flashy and then when you walk in it’s a 4 x 4 and old looking inside. We had reservations for two people at 9pm. We walk in sit down at a table and the host immediately comes to us telling us at 9:30 you have to get up and go to the bar because if you stay here you have to buy a bottle. Mind you the place is totally empty there’s maybe 6 ppl in there that includes staff. The kitchen was empty with no chef and no one was cooking so that was another red flag. My friend asks the hostess if we order food and we’re still eating by 930 do we have to get up and she said yes and she had a major attitude and was super RUDE. I told her that my reservation never said that I had to buy a bottle after 9:30. She then proceeded to say that the entire area was for bottle service only (that was the entire bar!) There are no chairs at the bar so we would have to stand the entire time eating our food and drinks. Thank God I made another reservation right across the street at The Garden! We walked in we were served right away the ambience was great the food was amazing and the music was good too. Please be very wary of this place and DO NOT do what we did, read the reviews! This establishment should be ashamed of themselves not offering a table for people who just want to have a few drinks is unbelievable. That’s a horrible business model and I’m curious to see if they will even be open in a year from now.BEWARE!!!!

I'm going to be completely honest in this review. The place looks nice from the outside and is kinda decent but small in the inside. Drinks are $13-$14 dollars. Hookahs are $40 dollars. A BOTTLE OF WATER IS $5. My friends and I had been spending money at this place all night. We were buying hookahs and drinks. As a young female, I had gotten a bit dizzy from the music, smoke, heat, and smell of the club so I asked the female bartender for water. She gave me a bottle of water and asked for $3 dollars then increased the price to $5. I gave her $5 and asked her why it was so expensive and if I could get fountain water...she said no. She had security come up to me and my friends and tell us that the water is $5. This was incredibly disrespectful because I ALREADY paid this stinky place $5 for water. The females that work there are older looking women in their 35-40s. The manager is a white young male that does nothing to improve the customer satisfaction at the small club. You will definitely be disrespected by one of the female workers and the manager will do nothing to help. Worst place ever.

Extremely rude customer service and staff. I came here with my friends and waited 20 min to get inside after they made us pay 20$ at the entrance they tell us there wasn’t any more tables inside and we had to wait until people that were siting down left….. I asked for manager so I can get my money back and was extremely rude and unprofessional about it. If your going to charge people to go Inside your Lounge to then not offer any tables or chairs you should atleast let everyone know before they pay to go in!!! Literally stealing everyone’s money!! Will never come here ever again!!! DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
