Burger King

This burger King throttles orders and refuses to do their job in a prompt manner according to BK protocol. I've wasted over an hour in line, watched 7 people leave, and have waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes while waiting. Highly recommend firing whoever is working the window today, Thursday January 20th, 2022. Horrible service, for all I know they're just standing around chatting. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't told why I'm waiting, and I have never seen anyone in the service industry treat people this way. I can't even imagine why any fast food restaurant would do this. They're wasting the company's money and time, refusing to take orders properly. Listened to her complain about someone else's order. Disgusting.

It is not often you get good service late at night. Especially now a days.I arrived at 9:45PM and I was pleasantly surprised to have a professional by the name of John Bright who took my order with the best attitude and upmost professionalism. I got my food hot and quickly from the kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Burger King, while many other restaurants are struggling you are getting it right!

Went to the drive thru. 2 employees outside talking to three other people. No cars outside, just us. No one inside either. Seems like 2 employees are inside. Lady from the drive thru told us they are close due to short staff. Either 4 people can't run a none-busy fast food restaurant or employees at this location are taking advantage of the shortage of staff excuses due to lazy. Management need to investigate this place and fire people.

I know things are rough since covid, but my experience was awful. Pulled off to get food on a road trip and unfortunately chose this location. Went through the drive through and waited at least 10 minutes for the couple cars in front of me to get done. Got to the window and there was no "please hold" or any communication. I finally said hello and was told I would need to wait because they were busy. 10 minutes later I asked for an eta and was told about 5 more minutes by a frustrated employee. He then came back and said it was going to be 10-15 minutes more because a large mobile order came in. I even offered to come inside and he said they were slammed in there too. At least 5 cars behind me drove off. I eventually gave up after waiting 30 minutes and 2 or 3 minutes later got Bojangles which had no wait and was great.

Left sitting at drive thru window endlessly. I have no problem waiting as long as you let me know that you'll be with me soon. When I spoke I was told "one moment" when finally placing the order asked if there were any cherry frozen drinks told a quick no when I inquired further quickly told the machines were down. Poor customer service at the pick up window. Just glad I don't live in the area to have to keep dealing with it.

This Burger King is closed more times than it is opened. The least they can do, if their drive thru is closed is put a sign out there, to let people know. It has been more than 3- 4 times I have come to this drive thru praying that they have someone working, and someone does answer the intercom, just to say, it's closed. It's ridiculous.
