Extremely disappointing
You expect a standard when going to a chain restaurant, even if the standard isn't very high. But this is the worst Dunkin I've been to so far, they are guaranteed to get at least one item from your order wrong, or burn it, or not have it and not offer you a replacement. I would recommend just going to a different Dunkin if you're in the mood for something. Only eat here if you have to

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Constantly messing up my orders. Shorted my order this morning, and when I went in the gal behind the counter was rude and yelled at me like it was my fault for being upset I had to get my order corrected. Called back and asked for owner's phone #. They're supposed to call me with that...........still waiting.....
Avoid this place at all costs.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered an ice coffee with cocunut milk and an ice latte with oat milk. Easy, simple instructions you would think. Both of ours taste like decaf with regular milk. I can tell the difference regular milk is thick and fatty compared to coconut milk. Thank god our lactose allergies arnt that bad but they can seriously hurt someone by being lazy and stupid. Absolutely terrible I didnt ask for anything complicated either

If you glutton for punishment keep ordering from this location. The absolute worst! They keep messing up my order and when they forget to give you something you paid for, they act as if they giving you for free like you didn't pay for it! People work hard for their money and their time is as important.

I was the only one in the drive thru line, ordered a bagel with cream cheese, waited a full five minutes for it at the window, and received a burnt and mangled mess. What a waste of money and time. Definitely won't be back to this location.

My wife and I have had more bad experiences here than good ones. More than enough lately our coffee has been watered down, not made correctly, missing ingredients that were specifically asked for. They print the label out that has it all on it, but the taste is not there. It’s just gross honestly. They are lazy. I’d rather drive to one farther away to get my moneys worth.

Good service, weak coffee. I have ordered 3 times from this location. The staff is quick and friendly but each time I have ordered the dunkin midnight blend coffee it has come out very weak and water tasting.
