This is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to that’s inside a gas station. The place was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got my complicated order right the first time which doesn’t happen often. Thanks for everything!

Apparently I'm not the only customer who has had a terrible experience waiting at the drive-thru. I ordered ahead on the app to have a simple sugar free hazelnut latte made so I could pick up quickly while my 5 month old baby was in the backseat trying to fall asleep for her afternoon nap. I was trying to plan ahead thinking on a Sunday afternoon there shouldn't be a huge rush - it probably took 10-15 mins to get to the pick up window (you can't get out of the drive-thru line once you're in it) while my infant was crying the entire time because we weren't moving, they had likely given my drink to another customer and told me it wasn't ready yet even though I had ordered it while in Gilberts 10 mins away. I gave them ample time to make my coffee. You had one job as a coffee shop and totally failed. This exhausted sleep deprived mom was beyond livid with disappointment.

This place is horrible. The line moves very slow. You hear the stuff speaking and laughing between them on the speaker while taking your order. My coffee came with very thick pieces of coffe ground i had to through it away

I’d rate 100 stars if I could. THE ONLY GOOD DUNKIN DONUTS AROUND HERE PEOPLE!!! 👏👏👏 This place is always consistent with quality and price. The staff is friendly. Seriously the only one I’ll go to anymore.

Such bad service through the drive through and the guy that always works the window is so rude! If there was another Dunkin on my way to work I would go there instead.

Very bad service. Pulled in the drive thru at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and it took 20 min to finally get my coffee. This now has happened three times at this location. This location is close to my house and on my way home from work so once in awhile I like to stop and get coffee. Next time I’ll definitely go to a different location. Horrible
