There’s a disrespectful employee who needs to be removed he’s a male older I’d say in his late 40s he wears glasses he treated me absolutely horrible and disrespectful in front of my kids!! He did not let me pay with my ebt card I swiped one time ! And it didn’t go through he didn’t let me try again he said I can only pay one way I explained to him I’ve payed in cash and card before I am a regular customer but he denied and said “ your very confused you have no idea anything or what your talking about” I said I’ll just pay cash I asked to remove some items and he looked at me and said “really I have to do everything again” and rolled his eyes! The whole time I remained calm and still polite when I’m the customer and I was MORE RESPECTFUL! I asked yes can I remove some items again he said “so I have to restart!” I felt horrible and my babies had to watch him speak to me in such a way he laughed at me and rolled his eyes after I paid another woman tried to pay with two cards and he got upset with her aswell she was with her babies also I felt horrible watching more people ESPECIALLY MOTHERS WITH THEIR CHILDREN BE TREATED LIKE THIS HE LAUGHED AT HER TOO whoever is in charge of hiring needs to fire this man this is not the first time he’s done this and i am not going to stay quiet anymore!! FIRE THIS MAN!

The female cashier was rude. My transaction was completed and while I was shopping in the store for other things, the cashier told me I was undercharged by 30 cents and wanted me to repay that. Yes, 30 cents! But what I paid was correct, it's the deal price from the app. On principle I declined and tried to leave but she held me up for a few minutes until other customers were coming in and she finally let me go. I will not shop at this 7-eleven again.

I was treated rudely in front of many people in the line. The cashier made the mistake. I told her I will be paying $9.00 on my debit card and remaining in cash. The cashier told me my English was not good, she can't understand it. She also said, especially people from China, I should go back to my country. I was amazed by her commend. She should be fired, not qualify for any job.

Girl at register was not customer friendly, very rude ignoring customers. My total was $11.05 I gave her a 20 and said I believe I have a Nickel that way I didn’t have to receive so much change she told me give me a moment Very rudely I’m standing there money in hand ignores me says please take it and calls out for the next customers. These employees should be trained better when dealing with customers you should have good customer service skills I’d understand if they had issues with change it would be a different story but it wasn’t so. Never going back to this 711.

Get rid of that ignorant woman in the cashier Just asked for a cup and she told me “ can’t do that “ then i told her i was going to buy something. Then I changed my mind and took my business somewhere else I see a lot of complaints about her 7-Eleven should be able to take actions against people like her If you don’t like your job simply find something better to do instead of bringing your personal problems to the world 🤦🏻‍♂️

I've been going to this 7-11 for quite some time now. The manager is rude and constantly yells at customers. Treats ALL customers like thieves!!!! They have this one young Indian guy there that watches everyone like a hawk, makes people very uncomfortable. The night staff is pretty cool and they have this one girl who I see only a couple of times a week, but she has the best customer service I have ever seen and is always helpful.
