Del Taco

Twice, I've ordered on the app, "checked in" on the way and paid, then arrived to a locked door and a handwritten sign that they are closed. Last time was for Father's Day. They need to disable app ordering if they're going to close during their regular business hours. Costs me time and money to drive here for nothing. I filled out their survey for my order on Monday. No contact as of Wednesday afternoon. Will update if they properly refund my money. When they're open, service is fine. Food is same as others. But closing unpredictably is bad.

I usually go to the Montebello del Taco, but this time I went to the El Monte location. I ordered and didn't receive a few items which lead to my kids not eating I called the person in charge and basically said you you want you can come back to get your food or another day, this didn't fix the issue. I asked for the fries to be cooked well done and of course gross soggy oily fries.

Standard Mexican based fast food. A little better than 🌮 Bell. I wouldn't seek the place out. I would only grab a bite here if I was near by and was really hungry. Update:. Try their double bacon cheeseburger. Very disappointed. Instead of slices of bacon, they used bacon bits. Bits that kept fall out of the burger.
