Mcdonald's

I liked the fact that the place was clean and the employees were quick to help you with your order so you can get it & be on your way and they were also well trained and managed cause they all had a job to do and did it well. I've been in some places that even the manager was immature and let the employees get away with to much. I just want to say to the employees you guys are awesome and to the manager you know how to do your job well.

This McDonald's is by far the worst example of a McDonald's I have ever seen. Every single time i go there the wait is over 20 minutes whether you go inside or camp out in the drive thru. Yesterday the lobby was not even open, and they always run 1 car at a time and do not take multiple orders like other McDonald's do. I seriously hate wasting my time going to this McDonald's id rather drive couple miles more to go to the one one Garvey. The staff always has an attitude and is annoyed you are there trying to buy food no matter who it is. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews but they deserve this one. I will also be calling the corporate office, doing the review online survey and calling their manager. They need to get this place right or close down cant believe a multi billion dollar company would allow these folks to be this far off the path.

I don't usually review the staff since most of the time the staff isn't the same one as last time but everything is always made to standard. I personally have never had a problem at this location. Tip for anyone coming in late at night/morning at 1-2am they only take cash since their system is resetting.

Manager and Crew needs training ASAP!!! 4 people working in the front. The lazy person that was at the register was helping one person at a time and there was a long line. It is rude to walk away from waiting customers. By doing that, they do not give the cook enough time to get the food out. Why are they not trained properly?? Why would you have 4 people at the register and walking around doing nothing and very unorganized.
