7-eleven

It's right in the heart of NE El Cajon, a busy, organized and at same time demanding of its environment. Customers need more parking, more room to maneuver turns and street access. We visit here for Petco shopping for pet needs & supplies as well as grab a bite to eat at one of the several food places. If you don't mind the hustle and bustle, seeing homeless folks walking by, it's a classic snapshot of a strip mall or shopping district in real life America.

I bought a cheese pizza from this 7-eleven and found a bug on it, I went to the store immediately and reported that to the manager, he said it’s not a bug and the employee was laughing, so I called the police and they said we can’t force them to pay your money back so they didn’t help me at all but this store and the manager customer and the employee was like trash and I will try to report that to the health and safety department.

I just had the worst experience with one of the employees at this store. I had put my empty container in the little hole in the counter not realizing he was changing the trash. He screamed at me in front of another customer. I told him not to yell at me and he continued. Then he came outside and continued harassing me. Horrible store and their employees aren't the friendliest. I would not go to that store, if I were you. I have never been treated like this by any employee anywhere ever. I would give negative 10 stars if I could.

Today in the afternoon around 4pm I went in to get 3 jalapeño cheese taquitos. It's not a self serve so the cashier got it for me and I received my receipt and on the receipt it said 3 jalapeños cheese taquitos. I left and bit into it, it tasted nothing like it but that the cashier gave me 3 chicken taquitos. I don't understand how this happened if what I said and what my receipt had on it were the same thing. How did you give me something completely different? I went back in and told the same person what happened. They didn't seem to understand or care at all. I wasn't offered any suggestions so I had to ask for a refund because they only had 1 jalapeño and cheese taquito left when originally there were 4. So someone after I left bought 3. I felt like I had to do more problem solving for him because he didn't know what to do. So I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. No apology, nothing. :/

I want to complain about the old lady that she works in the after noon..... sir every time we come from the soccer game and get free soda from 7 Eleven app she say that we can't take free, So if I'm buying soda from other 7 Eleven I can't get from this store. One time we just walked at the door the old lady were standing were the hot dogs and tacos thing after we walked to get soda we saw the old Lady going to Chines guy to tell him that we gonna get free and to tell us that we can get free soda. Why she doing this like we did something. My question is Do We Have To Buy From Your Store To Get Free Soda In 7 Eleven app ?? Please Tell Your Employees to respect the customers it's not about 99 c, but it's deal right from 7/11. I don't like your employees service.
