Employee was yelling at the customer in front of me to wipe their feet .I wiped mine before she could yell at me ..
She started yelling at me to wipe my feet after I had already wiped them .I said I did then she was screaming at me and my family .
I said I did .....she continued to yell at us .
We walked out .

New female on graveyards is super friendly, always smiling and a pleasure to interact with. What a great choice! Much different than the other females that work there, who seemingly do not know what customer service is and make you feel like a bother when at the register for interrupting them, as if it is their job.

Went in on 3/13/20 and was told the longer fo refills on their cups. I've went to this store for 3 years and it has always had refills. I asked the clerk what happened and all he was able to tell me was they Just had a corporate and was told to enforce no refills. No real explanation. I understand policy changes but for being as big as 7/11 is the hand made without being able to explain just doesn't sit right with me. I will be visiting this store less in the future.

They have this slob working the register who acts like we have to talk to her. She has no customer service skills. I would rather go to another 7-11 than have to even look at her disgusting soul. She expects me to talk to her and its my fault if i dont. No i dont want to even look at you. I wont go here if i dont have too.

Both employees were not wearing their mask properly And they seemed like they could care less. The guy kept adjusting his and with those same hands touching everything else smh
