Denny's

I was so pleased by the service I received. It was very early. I would have understood if the staff displayed a grouchy disposition . But not at that restaurant. The waitress was a doll. She was prompt , she had a great personality and made our meal so much more enjoyable. Rancho San Diego Denny's should be proud to hire such a person representing your business

I would have given 5 star however I gave a 3 stars reason being the blt had no mayo and it took them 20 minutes to bring it, the lettuce was wilted. It took 25 minutes to bring my toast. The list can go on and on. Very disappointed in my hometown Danny's. Server Dilan reached over the table and the zipper from his jacket went into my friends pancakes. Asked for crisppy fries and got soggy ones. And there was not toilet paper in the restroom.

Came here several times just for the country fried steak. It was 12.99 for the country fried steak, hash browns, two eggs, and a side of toast. I asked to swap out the toast for sausages because I'm on a no bread diet and they seemed fine with it. Also their orange juice was very sweet and tangy (didn't seem freshly squeezed) .. Very delicious, got me hungry again just writing about it!

The food was alright, it looked Like they just threw it on the plate. The Service was so bad, I couldn't believe it. Our waiter Jesse did not even care if we had napkins, he waited on all the other tables first. When they brought our food they didn't bring us any silverware and they took so long to attend to us. Everyone in there was mainly white and we were not and I felt like that made a difference. The worst part is that he was Mexican just like us. They should treat everyone the same. Because our money is the same when they charge us and when we pay.
