I love this Starbucks location. Very friendly and great customer service. I love how they ask for your name so nicely. Downtown El Cajon has the views bro 👌

Appreciate the nice lady who would not let my 10 yr old son use the restroom in an emergency. We were putting flags out on Main St.They were the only establishment close that was open. I tried to explain the situation and she said sorry try the gym or hotel. Seriously. I get that there is a homeless problem, definitely not the situation here. Will not spend my money at that establishment ever.

Took my daughter here to get a mocha. She is disabled and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Prompt service and great staff. I highly recommend this location!

Lots of space and a friendly staff. Good place to knock out some work before heading out to the office. Food has always been good and the service is prompt. Doesn’t get crowded until later in the morning.

Still don’t allow anyone to use indoors and bathroom blocked. Ok for carry out only. I guess they’re worried about the homeless population since the Starbucks on Mollison (less than a mile away) is fully opened.

An abnormally friendly staff completely took me off guard in a world of continuously colder customer service. The two baristas proved their Love for their jobs. I regret not taking their names so I could highlight them to corporate/management for above and beyond service.
