Farm-table restaurant! Everything is homemade and delicious. I don’t usually give places 5 stars, but I absolutely enjoyed every single bite. Totally worth going! Really cozy atmosphere and beautiful environment. I recommend!! Also super nice staff too :)

Very nice set up for this small town restaurant!
The food was good overall. The only issue I had was the duck dish was a little undercooked and wasn’t as tasty as everything else served.

Firefly Grill is absolutely amazing! We couldn’t decide on what to order so we ordered everything that sounded good and were not disappointed. The flavors were so wonderful and crisp! The atmosphere was comfortable and refreshing. The staff were helpful and brought out our dishes in stages so we could enjoy them all. I am already planning on bringing family and friends. This is a 2 hour drive from my home but well worth it!

The NYE taste testing is so much fun at the Firefly in Effingham. This was our second year attending it. They didn't have it last year due to Covid. You can choose to either pair your courses with wine or not. We tried all of the courses without the wine pairing. It was fun to try foods that you might not normally ever eat. Some courses we really liked and some were an adventure to try. It was fun though. We were very full when we got done with all of our courses. I think we spent about three hours there. The place was packed. I made our reservations about three weeks in advance.

If there was absolutely more stars I would give the Firefly grill ( Definitely more) it's a must see, the ambiance is perfect all around! feels so welcoming & peaceful, plus all the employees love working there!! Meals are picture perfect all large portions!!!

Are there 6 stars?? This is a little off the main drag but a hidden gem. I was looking for a charger for my car and the Electrify America chargers are in their parking lot. Stopped in for a light lunch and got this delicious wedge salad topped with field greens and my favorite blue cheese in large fresh chunks.
Victoria my server was awesome, friendly and quick.
I can’t think of a better way to spend 25 minutes while getting electrons!! (Pricey but well worth it. Farm to table fresh!!)

Loved the jalepeño popper Rangoon appetizer! The food was good, but where the Firefly Grill exceeded was the service (and the specialty cocktails)!
Would not recommend the risotto.

Food was good, service too and presentation was excellent! It was pricey for brunch, $30 total for the entree with water! The atmosphere - all was very intentional and well-made and designed!
