Every visit here they are understaffed. There is only 1 person taking orders and cashing out customers. This inefficiency cause the lines of at least 20 people. I think the food is good and fresh but they need to work in staffing. Also ordering online didn’t work either. It only gave options to order ala cart and when you do it asks you to select a quantity but you can’t. I will stop coming here after today if I walk in again and there is only 1 person serving with 20 people in line.

I’ve been here 10 times they never have white rice. This is the strangest thing in the world. You close at 9pm it’s 7:23pm. So inconvenient to me every time I come here. Losing money on something that’s less then 50 cents a pound is insane to me. Why do you serve no rice over and over and over and over

Have you EVER been to a burger joint and they didn’t have ketchup? What about a BBQ joint who didn’t have BBQ sauce? Well, twice now, this place has been out of soy sauce. How do you have Chinese food without soy sauce???

Worst Panda Express I have ever eaten at. Beijing beef was burnt and dried up. After tasting that flavor you don't even want to eat anything else!

5:45 nothing ready. 5 minutes. Not even ready. Very sad. Didn’t have any rangoons. Well for 9 it is not worth for me to ever come here again. Had to ask for sauce and she stood there.

This place is slower than Chick-fil-A on a Sunday I mean it’s unreal. Also is it me but every time I get the Crab Ragagoon it’s always burnt not only that my fortune cookies are always burnt what is going on here. Menu items are always low or out. Next time do yourself a favor and drive right past it go. next-door and eat lunch...

It said it opened at 1030 but we tried going in at 1045 and the doors were locked and one of the workers came out and told us they were going to open late because they were “cleaning”. We asked how much later because we were starving and the worker was clueless… trash
