Subway

I picked up my mobile order. The lady who makes the sandwiches was nice to me, and the sub was very good. The stored looked clean. There were no customers, but the lady was busy working on mobile orders. Enough parking space. Oh, they accept Subway corporate issued coupons (not all the Subways do). That's how I found this place near me at that time. So, good experience.

I wrote this Bad review because starting off she threw the change at me as soon as I said I don't want it no more because she had a booger on her hand, the next thing she did was we handed her eight dollars and put it in the cash register acting like we didn't get it than we said can we have the change of our eight dollars and threw it. The next thing she did was she gave us a kind of rude attitude towards us and she was very unsanitary especially with that booger on her finger . Also when we asked for a warm cookie she gave us a cold cookie and when we asked for her to heat it up she denied .

2nd event (05/06/22): had a worst experience ever. I am regular customer for this location. Today I order 5 footlong sandwiches and wanted 1 to have petty on 1 side. The lady who told me her name is Nisa, cut that footlong sandwich into half & half & said to pay for half veggie petty and half veggie delight. This is 1st time ever I had this. I visit this place every week buying sandwich worth of $45 approx. With the same location, this has never happened before. Not even any location that I have visited in all over the USA. This lady started arguing with me for this. Subway, if you care then take some action for employees like this who are soo rude. Plus this location needs to know that they lost a regular customer. No way we are going to this location to get insulted. Plus still there floor s**ks. Broken with floor mates covered. Subway really needs to take some action. 1st event: 1st, floor mates s**ks. Anyone can fall. 2nd, they didn't have veggies for the sub. 3rd, the girl was not even sorry for not having veggies.

Very unprofessional and bad service. Lady preparing subs is always on her personal phone and she didn’t put key ingredients in our sub/sandwich like cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, dressing and cheese. It was ordered through door dash and every single sub was missing ingredients. If I were owner I would not hire her- she is completely incompetent & didn’t get even single thing right. Even cookies order was messed up. Very disappointed.
