Horrible experience!! The food was delish! But I can’t believe the manager, owner and whole staffed ambushed me in the parking lot for taking pictures of the restaurant inside and out. Wanting to go through my pictures on my phone! The manager of the day time was the one that came up to my car window asking me to delete any pictures that included her, like if she’s not working at a food establishment in which people are going to take pictures to write reviews like me. Our server was Bella, servers here need better training, when asked for help all the servers will call her instead of helping out and had to call her so many times because we didn’t get syrup, hot sauce my orange juice, water instead I was told every time I asked for something, “anything else?” When it should have been “please let me know if you need anything else, thank you. “

This IHOP is right across from Menlo Park mall. When I visited this IHOP, it wasn't crowded at all. We had very quite dinner and customer service was excellent. I wish they check vaccination card and match with the ID of customers.

This IHOP location is right across Menlo Park Mall which is a big plus! Start your day with a nice meal from here and shoot over across the street and go shopping! Food here is obviously great and that’s why they’re so popular, and the atmosphere is always friendly. The staff is very attentive and they make sure you have all you need to enjoy your meal! I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

IHOP is know all over for it’s good food and delicious pancakes. I visited this particular location on a weekend morning and let me tell you, this place was overly crowded. The wait times were anywhere between 15-45 minutes and you cannot book a reservation online or via phone as it’s a first come first served basis.
This particular IHOP looked cramped with a small parking space which gets filled very quickly on the weekend. Cars were lining up just to park. During my visit, we ordered the usual, pancakes, omelette, hash browns and fries. Everything was delicious. No complaints over the food. IHOPs are know for their quality of food and this one checked that box for me.
If there’s anything about this place that I would like to give me opinion on would be the parking and the capacity of operation. During my visit, all the tables around me seemed to be occupied, so I’m not sure if do operate at some restrictions. The staff had all worn masks but after seeing the amount of cars and the people inside, it raises some questions surely.

If I could give zero stars I would waited almost an hour for our food at the table after ordering, to the point other customers that came after us were getting food before us. then receive our food with the most disgusting runny watery eggs that I have ever had in my life, Bacon tasted like nothing at all as if your biting into paper and food was absolutely cold and disgusting overall this PLACE SUCKS ! Thank u for ruining the start of Mother’s Day for my mom and family.

IHOP is a great place to go to buy a quick bite to eat. Their food tastes great, and the atmosphere is always friendly. The staff are great and they make sure your food is prepared quickly and tasty. I would definitely recommend them again

Today is my cheat day and I was craving Ihop pancakes so I took the ride down. I ordered the sirloin steak tips with pancakes and hash browns online and it came to a little over $16. When I arrived to pick up my food there were quite a few people waiting in their cars. I went in and they had one person ahead of me. When the server seen me she asked if I ordered online and I told her yes. She took my name and gave me my food. She was very pleasant. When I got home and ate the food was what I expected, good.
