Excellent service. It was a Friday I had an abcess on my gum. I spoke to Pam the receptionist, she put my mind at rest as she advised an emergency appt. This appt was provided quickly, the young female dentist then helped, gave lots of advice again putting my mind at rest. Problem resolved quickly. Thank you.

Excellent, friendly dental practice. Receptionists are always helpful and welcoming with a pleasant smile and the appointment reminder by telephone is very welcome with our busy lives! The dentists and dental nurses I have met are competent, good communicators and pleasant. I appreciate the endeavour for continuity of care also, with the same dentist, where possible. Thank you.

I am grateful to the staff at St. Johns Road Dental Practice especially Dr. Tim Cauldwell. I had a wisdom tooth removal two months ago at Chalmers Dental centre. This surgery has turned into a very difficult experience for me with ongoing pain in the adjacent teeth. The surgeon does the surgery and then leaves you to struggle with the after effects. I really felt looked after at the Dental Practice and hoping to recover soon.

St Johns Road Practice has been the positive experience I needed in a dentist. I've had a pretty bad experience in more than one practice in the past but find the whole team here to be professional, welcoming and diligent. I'd also add that they are very child friendly - a big plus for daytime appointments. Thanks to the team.
