I’ve been coming here for years. More for the convenience. But it’s by far the worst subway. How they can call it a toasted sandwich is beyond me. It’s more a lukewarm/cold. And has been for years. Terrible.
New system is rubbish. Placing an order via the machines takes too long (they keep freezing), staff end up having to place the orders for people anyway, making orders takes too long now because of this system. Was so much faster and easier …
The subs that they do are scrumptious I had a sausage and bacon sub I would highly recommend
Upon receiving our order my partner was half way through eating his and there was a HAIR in the sandwich 🥪 it's certainly not any of ours and maybe they need to practice food hygiene. NEVER AGAIN …
Not sure if I dont like the new menu, and maybe the flavours have changed a little from the taste that you become familiar with.
