Culver's

This was one of my first visits to this location and I’ve never had this many issues before. So we ordered two sandwiches, only received one, and the one we got wasn’t even the right sandwich. Additionally, my onion rings had a shrimp tail in the bottom of the bag. I didn’t see it until I had eaten all but one of the onion rings and felt really gross after discovering it. We ordered through the drive through, so we didn’t notice any issues until it was too late. I’ve never left a review for anything before, but felt I had to this time. As a big Culver’s fan, I’m very disappointed.

Guy who took my order was nice and person who brought it out was as well but 1. Bring back the Buffalo tenders. It’s been a year. 2. Why is it such a struggle to get sauce these days? I asked for BBQ, and got fries so I would ASSUME ketchup is included?? I guess not. I had to walk in and ask for it. Get back in my car and on the highway and realize no BBQ sauce in the bag either. Thank god for Kwik Trip I stopped there and got some. $13 for fast food meal and can’t even get condiments.
