Wendy's

Very small amount of meat on sandwich. Also meat was overcooked. This wasn't the first time in noticing the same situation. I consider McDonald's a superior quality of sandwich. I hope to remember the fact that McDonald's sandwiches are superior in order to visit those restaurants rather than Wendy's.

ordered doordash, ordered two frostys and a combo meal plus a kids meal. Didn't get my frostys and instead of apples in the kids meal i got fries and two nuggets when there should've been four. this location is the worst one ive been too, ive never had an issue with any of the others. ive noticed when i do walk in orders its all teenagers screwing around they're super rude and totally gone down in service.

Former employee at this Wendy’s and I want to say the management at this place is absolutely terrible. They don’t know how to treat their employee, they don’t know how to manage their jobs correctly and they abuse their power in the work environment. Anyone applying to work here I 100% do not recommend unless your very willing to deal with the disrespect and misconduct they have in that work environment. The GM Augusto is the worse of them all with his abuse of power, the unfairness and the lack of communication with his employee is absolutely absurd. Will never show my face in this Wendy’s again.

I live 4mins from the Easton Wendy's. I don't order food from this Wendy's because it's awful at this location, but I will get frosty's. The last 3 times I have gone including tonight the frosty machine is down, I am told. I will not attempt to try this Wendy's again, I will continue making the drive to the Taunton location instead.

So I decided to go here a couple days ago and the girl was too stunned to speak. I go in and there was a group of teenagers who said I looked like Danny Devito if he was homeless, I'm 23. So anyways, I get in line and I went to order my food and forgot they didn't serve chicken wings. I got a rude "we don't serve wings here" and I felt like my heart was going to crack because I felt embarrassed. So instead I ordered 100 nuggets and still got attitude which I believe was because I had over 20 coupons to save money. Will never be going back!

Came in on a Monday night and had friendly service and a fantastic burger. I could tell the soda machine was well serviced too. Fries were ok, maybe my expectation was too high because they are currently running a “hot and crispy “ campaign where they’ll remake your fries if you’re not satisfied. The chicken nuggets weren’t great, and just tasted kind of stale and soulless. But I felt compelled to write a positive review because of the two employees who were working the evening of 11/8/21. These two ladies had a great attitude while they were working. It was refreshing to get good service at a fast food establishment. Also have to give credit to whoever made that burger: it was perfection. Bacon crisp. Will definitely be coming back and hope I get the same dream team working next time.
