Pho Van

Lovely restaurant for a good meal and attentive service. Large selection to for all tastes. Rice is perfectly cooked, chicken was tender and flavorful. Phô was a generous portion filled with meat and noodles. Particularly comforting on a cold winter even. The service is friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Certainly the best place in Easton to slurp down a hot noodle soup and they offer a wide variety of condiments at the table for it. Wish their Bahn mi had a little more meat 'cause it's really good, but for $9 you can't complain. I've been thinking about the BBQ Pork since we got it a few days ago (it's what prompted me to finally leave a review) and the spring rolls (both vegan and non-vegan) slap. I thought I'd miss the meat and shrimp but they put in some fried crunchy that I totally loved. You GOTTA get one of the Peach-Orange-Lemongrass teas when you go, they put so much of the aromatics in that makes me wish you could top it off. I like how open the dining room is, it's just clean and open and feels really relaxed and they have a big collection of sound equipment off to the side that's really cool to look at. Quick, polite, efficient service. We stopped in during their 5 year anniversary and they sent us away with free hats and I thought that was just the cutest! Every time I go I leave with enough food for another meal left over and I can't wait to come back! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Easton.

Loooovvveee Pho Van!!! So Tasty! My personal favorites are the stir fried lemongrass and chili chicken with rice and the veggie egg rolls...heaven in my mouth!! Hubby is a fan of the rare steak pho...a very tasty soup that is both crunchy and savory. It is even better spiced w siraccha and hoison sauce. Friends have recommended the Vietnamese crepe. Ingredients are always super fresh and service is excellent. Food is moderately priced and I would say is an average of $25 to $30 a person when we've gone for dinner. We have also done the online ordering which is wonderful for those nights we just want good food to take home...Pho Van is our go to. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Was fun to see info on the native country rolling on the tv. The owner has a cool, quirky collection of vintage boom boxes and invited us to come out when they get fired up for impromptu karoke sessions. He may retract that invite if he ever hears me sing...hahahaha. Overall this is one place I will always suggest for great food.
