Nice coffee spot near MSU campus. Sometimes it can be quite busy and hard to get a table. The drink is slower than other Starbucks I have been to since they seem to be very busy with driver through orders and not enough staff.

The food and drinks are standard Starbucks, however, the staff are kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is great. Though the location is a little out of the way, it is definitely worth heading to.

I come here every morning for my coffee and spend about an hour starting my day… The staff here is incredible; very friendly and quick. Never wait long for my order.

My partner and I stopped here this morning after *thinking* we’d placed our order in advance on the mobile app. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, the very friendly barista informed us we’d actually placed the order at the location up the road. We were so embarrassed and ready to pull away, but she told us they could make it at this location instead and offered our dog a pup-cup while we waited. Our dog loved the pup-cup and we loved not having to make a second stop. The barista was so kind and understanding, I wish we’d asked for her name to make sure she gets some much deserved recognition. Coffee was great as usual.

Caleb was amazing. He suggested new flavors for me to try (which I loved) and made nice conversation with me in the drive thru instead of closing the window. I appreciated the personal touch.

My coffee is always a little off when I order here and the parking lot is so poorly built it’s not funny but other than that they’re honestly very fast!!

Love their service here. However a few times I've come through the drive through close to 10 pm and they are completely closed with no signs or anything to say that they closed early. I have asked about it and they said it was because of staffing issues. So... while their service is amazing they are not always reliable to be open when I'm heading to work. Also during the day this location gets CRAZY busy. Like the line had gone all the way to Grand River multiple times. Good coffee tho can't complain 😊
