I always enjoy a visit here. Staff are friendly and serve decent coffee and the cakes are good. The seating is usually clean and it's not rammed busy. Of the big 3, this franchise is my favourite.
Popped in to grab a coffee before meeting friends. There were dirty plates, cups, glasses on most tables. Staff just didn’t appear bothered. I won’t be going in there again anytime soon.

Sited on the High Street so if you get a window table you can watch the world go by. Good brand coffee. Slow at clearing tables and can be untidy at times.
The first time there and everything was good. Hope it continues like that!
