Ordered through the app a couple of days ago at around 7:45 PM and when we arrived to pick up the order they were closed. It says online they don’t close until 9:00. Never received the food, but they still took my money out of my account. We found out they were closed only because a maintenance worker was outside working on the drive-thru speaker. There was a lady inside but she never came to the window or tried to talk to us about what happened. I’ve left countless messages on Hardee’s customer service voicemail, but no one will answer or call back. I better get my money back, everything is too expensive even just to have $15.00 taken out of your account.

I go here at least twice a week through the drive through for years and they have always gotten my order right. They continue to remain professional and kind throughout Covid shortages. One of the few places left that actually have customer service.

The staff is excessively rude and inattentive. Good was almost cold, didn't give us what we needed like forks or my anything then got attitude when we came in and asked for it. I only gave one star because a zero star review wasn't an option

Good service. Little slow but kinda busy. Only problem was no napkins or forks and hash browns where just tossed in the bag without the wrapper.

12:09 and no one running the counter or drive thru Window. One guy wearing a headset was sitting at a table eating lunch. I motioned to him from my car are you open and he just shrugged his shoulders. As I'm writing this in the parking lot 4 other vehicles attempted to order at the window and ended up driving away.

Whoever was running this drive thru 12/4 at 10:20AM was EXTREMELY rude as a fellow fast food worker, I would never treat someone this way. Rushed my order, had not a single kind word to say, and sighed every time I ATTEMPTED to order.

Food is good but just the biggest bunch of rudest people working there. Went through drive thru this morning and never even got a “hi, how are you”or nothing. Girl running register was on a FaceTime with someone the whole time, guess I was interrupting her conversation.
