I had an incident that I needed clarification on and asked to speak to the GM (total Karen moment, I’m sorry!). The shift manager informed me she wouldn’t be working until Monday so I assumed I’d be receiving a call then. The sweet woman, Keisha, called me back 30 minutes later. She was very kind and professional. I feel terrible about it now, but it was top notch customer service and she deserves recognition. To staff, I’m sorry for being a Karen! To Keisha, you deserve a raise💕

This is by far the best Bojangles around the area! Unlike the piedmont stores that are corporate owned. This is a franchise location, Employees actually seem to care and are always on top of everything!

Easy to get through. Biggest complaint is that the wings are extremely small. However, they are tasty. Staff in drive through are friendly.
