Subway

Charged my card online, arrived at the store, they said the did not receive my order. Was able to show them the order, where the order said to pick it up, and the store number on the transaction on my card. Transaction was not pending and went through, but they still did not give me my order. Will not be giving them business ever again.

Employees are rude. They just stand around playing on there phone. They Don't care just want to rush you. Wouldn't recommend this location.. food always taste off not very edible, I've always loved going to subway but this location always ruins my love for subway. The subway in southpoint mall is better, better food and service.

I've been coming to Subway for over 35 years. Although this is a small store, it is my overall favorite Subway. Why? The never run out of ingredients, as other stores do. The owner, Enkat, keeps it very clean. The guy who usually works behind the counter is Simone... a lot of Subways, you have to beg for extra olives or tomatoes, etc. not here. Simone will make anyway you like it. I live by SouthPoint Mall, but drive the extra distance to get these wonderfully make sandwiches. Try it, you'll like it !! : - ^) P.S. my only complaint, is they sometimes leave only 1 worker - and a line can form.

I've been going to this Subway ever since I was a kid. In recent years, their sandwiches have been very inconsistent. Every other time I order a sandwich, they give me old, stale bread. Just happened to me again today, and I couldn't even finish it. I had to transfer the tuna to some bread I had at home. The cookies are also never fresh. Sadly, I won't be going to this Subway anymore. The Subway at Southpoint Mall is much better because they get more traffic and bake bread more frequently.

Worst customer service experience ever. Lina had an attitude. She lied. And she cross contaminated the sandwich bar. By putting the wrong meats and cheese on my husbands sandwich then when we told her It was wrong and she scrapped the cheese off the meat and put it back and then put the meat back. I have worked at subway in Texas and I know what you are supposed to do and what your not. And this woman should be fired. I will never patron this subway again

This location closes early often... door say close at 9pm.. on Sunday, they will close up to an hour early... with no closed sign. Hate the feeling of going to the door and seeing a rude person inside that couldnt care less... i still love subway but will avoid this location. I see some other locations close by..
