Panera Bread

Going to Panera is always great because the food is good and you never quite now what meal your getting. Sure it’s going to be roughly the same as the thing you ordered but the fun mystery is trying to figure out what will be different! Are they going to forget the sauce this time? Give me a different side? Not include my cookie or drink or give me a different cookie than I ordered? Will the chicken be a different type? This place is great I always come back when I’m at the mall!

Had tried using the app to order, after not seeing an advertised item on the menu, i caught an associate, who was bringing someone their curbside order, and he stopped, took his time to scroll through my phone, hoping to assist me. Neither of us saw it, so he was kind enough to take my order personally. Ryan, you are an exemplary employee and I commend you on your effort. Thank you for taking the initiative.

I gave three stars because I find their prices too high. The food is good but nothing to get excited about. It surly doesn't justify the price . For example I had their "pick two" of salad and 1/2 sandwich and a bottled water and cost $16. A high price even in the current raising costs environment. There are many other places to choose from that offer good food at more reasonable prices.

I absolutely love Panera. I eat there regularly and the location I visit in Raleigh is phenomenal. However, I work at the mall in Southpoint and this Panera is by far and away the worst place to try and order lunch from. The staff is always very polite and friendly, but on numerous occasions (4, to be exact) I’ve ordered lunch from them to be delivered, and it never arrived. Twice, the doordash driver stole my food and I was reimbursed. The two other times, the store cancelled my orders AFTER they show as delivered in my app. And didn’t refund me for either until I chased down customer care demanding my $40 back (because this place isn’t cheap either). Really unfortunate because I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the delivery issue. The food quality is great, the staff is nice, but none of that makes a difference if I pay $20 for a meal that never shows up 👍🏼

I have to say the last hand full of times I ordered my Baja bowl it was what looked like half full. I ordered from a different location and it was normal and just filled to the rim. When myself and another customer brought to the associates attention it wasn’t even acknowledged. Multiple times in curbside my straw and other utensils aren’t in the bag. I have set in the curbside pickup multiple times for 20 mini only to walk-in and there my order set waiting for someone to bring it out.

Terrible experience. Waited in line for over 20mins at the mobile order side for an order that was already ready but it was behind me... Mean while none of the employees bothered to ask if i needed help or what my order was. While they were inconveniencing me, they were also cause the customers order to get cold while it was just sitting there. Customer service at this place is pure trash!!! Mostly men working and no one bothered to help me with those big old catering bags besides the elderly lady who held the door open for me. This happened to day before noon on 3/10/2022
