My guess is that you filled a medium cup of fries, and then realized the order called for a large cup, so you just dumped the medium into the large and hoped I wouldn't notice.
I cannot conceive of an error that would have led to the scant quantity of onions.

Arby's dine in was a refreshing evening experience. Restaurant was empty and service was prompt. Food was good. The place was very well kept.

We visited at a late dinner hour, so the crowd was gone, and the service was attentive. We enjoyed our sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes. The employee who took our order wears a mask, and we had great difficulty understanding his comments and questions, but our order was accurate. We ring the bell and hope for normalcy again soon.

While waiting in drive through, I watched the drive through person mop the floor, make drinks and put food in the bag and never wash her hands. We wanted tea but they said they were out. It was 10:15pm. They also did not put all our order in our bag. I was not very happy with our service tonight.

I must say this is the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Food was horrible. Service sucked! The girl in the back was yelling at the girl in the front! The girl in the front didn’t have a clue what was going on! The girl in the back was raising Cain because she was having to work! All the while the lil white guy with glasses wondered around like he was lost and oblivious to it all!!

Do NOT go here. I’ve been here many times and they always forget something or they are out of just about everything. Went again today and they forgot my Au Jus cup AGAIN, the Hi-Ci was practically water it was barely pink, and the person taking my order and handing me my food barely spook and had a really bad attitude. If you contact the link they provide you to complain they never respond to you. Go to another food place around dunn but definitely not here.

I noticed workers eating while preparing sandwiches & some weren't wearing required head coverings(hair nets). Bought 6 sandwiches(5 were barely room temperature), as well as, 2 strawberry lemonades(were very good).

The gyro was excellent for a fast food place, but the pecan chicken salad was a rip-off. 2 big slices of bread, a bunch of lettuce and a little dollup of chicken salad in the middle. Very disappointed with that.
