The 4 stars are for Cindy at the counter who took care of every customer. Other than that it was a disappointment, why do they have the app and the pizza portal if they are going to place our food behind the counter and not notify us.

Ok food, easy pickup. Manager was rude to an employee when she typed something in wrong infront of customers. But he was sweet to a young lady.

Love Little Caesars. Thier pizza is fresh and hot and has good flavor. I love the stuffed crust pizza. Sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it.

In and out. 1st time using my app. I went in punched in my code no waiting pizzas were done grabbed my free 2 liter and I was out. Faster than drive thru

Have never had any problems with service here or getting what I actually ordered in the time they said it would take for my order to be ready. Have two suggestions. One is they should start to deliver and the other one is that if it's listed on there website they need to honor that with out Hassel. Some of the things on the website u can't order at the location in fredonia. If u can't get that price or item then it shouldn't be on the website that's the only beef I have had with the fredonia location. Would def refer others here.

Always great service and even if I have to wait it's not very long. We've never had any problems with their pizza. Always cooked through and not burnt
