I thought this place was AWESOME. IT LOOKED LIKE A COMMUNITY all the employees knew each other very close and it felt like a pleasant work environment the 🍔 very tasty hygienic the delicious chips 😋 the super cold Coke like in the movies the only bad thing is that I ate 3 days in a row and I think I got fat 😋 and ☕️ to top it off I was 😄 happy ,the boys make an effort to serve you I don't know English but they even translated for me with the cell phone

Rarely have issues. Sometimes they make you park and wait for several minutes, which I hate... but it is what it is. Their accuracy and ability to listen is superior to the other McDonald's. Ask for no pickles... And they actually listen. I don't feel like I need to check the bag when I leave, I know they got it right. 5 stars for sure.

Sadly I won't be going to this McDonald's anymore. The last time I went, they handed my food to the wrong customer then just brought it nack in and handed it to us. I just find that pretty gross -- the bag wasn't sealed and the guy breathed all over it. Normally, the waits are long and the food is never fresh so I suggest going to another McDonald's. This one is trash.

Ordered a strawberry smoothie- it’s not even pink, taste nothing like strawberry anything. Then yesterday ordered a SWEET TEA, and got it back and tasted like straight black coffee but looked like tea- I’m so disappointed with this McDonald’s, they have bad customer service. There all very young and don’t know what there doing- they scream and play around infront of customers as well

This McDonald's is located in the heart of old Dundalk. It can be a little busy in the morning. The drive thru moves quickly and service is friendly and the place is clean. Your can get a great cup of coffee here or a hot tea with real honey which makes for a healthy hot drink at an affordable price. They also offer oatmeal with fruit as a healthy breakfast item. This location also has several deals that can be found daily on the McDonald's app.

I have had good experiences here in the past. However the last couple times I've been here, normal menu items have been unavailable. At this point I'm wondering why they advertise having certain items if they won't be available when customers order them. And the last time I went through the drive thru, the person at the window made me drive all the way around the building again and wait by the front walk in entrance door for my food. I have no clue why. There was no one in line behind me. This seems to be a weird but common practice for them, as I have observed it happening to other people during other visits. Not sure if management just isn't present or doesn't care at night (the running of my last two visits), but the last couple visits have been frustrating.

First time using Mobile pickup. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Navigating the App was also very simplistic. My only issue with ordering was that for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to add (1) pkg. (3 count) cookies! Now that was disappointing! The young man that brought my order to the car in a timely manner, was very courteous. Good job Mc e dees:)

I went to McDonalds this morning to grab breakfast in the drive thru. I ordered paid for to the window, and I'm assuming becsuse it was busy they had me pull up into the spot #1 to wait for my sandwich. A few min later a lady brings the food to my window and asks me what I ordered I told her a sausage biscuit with egg. She reads the reception and looks back st me and said do you have your receipt? I handed it to her. And she said did you mean a sausage egg biscuit. I'm thinking to myself, isnt that what I said? I said sure. She handed it to my like she was upset and walked off. I drove away and down the block I notice it's the wrong meal. I return to inside and while I'm waiting to speak to someone at front desk the lady comes up to me and says now what's wrong. I said it was the wrong meal. She looked at me walked behind the counter and said loudly I'm done I'm fuccking done. The manager hears her and says what's the problem. She said he got the wrong food apparently. The manager turns to me and says sir calm down. I said I am calm!!!!! She says obviously not with your tone! Omg i felt like I was gas lite. I wasnt even upset!!! Mistakes happen!!!! But def feel upset about the way I was talked to. Its fast food. Mistakes happen. They make it fast.... no big deal, but please be more kind when it comes to speaking to people. UPDATED: after writing this I took a drink from my drink and realized the drink is incorrect as well lol fml oh well.
