Dunkin'

I’m giving up on this dunkin I feel like ever since they expanded the parking lot this dunkin has sucked. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but the owner needs to realize how badly this business is run when he isn’t there, ok I just went through the drive thru the lobby is closed again which is fine but I asked for a medium latte with extra ice because I don’t want all milk I know lattes require milk but I asked for extra ice and specifically said because I don’t want a ton of milk. Do you know what my latte taste like?? Carmel milk I don’t taste coffee at all I always order a large but with extra expresso and I get the signature so it’s like $8 for a coffee I only order large in the morning cuz it’s almost always made wrong in the afternoon not only was my coffee wrong but I asked for a wake up wrap no egg and I got a burnt croissant with cheese that’s not even melted. I will not spend another dime here I will get it close to my work in Parkville where they make it right every single time

Why is it so hard to get a drink order correct? Why do you have to say HOT coffee or HOT tea when they are made that way?!? Making a drink ICED is not the norm and not what i want when i order a simple tea or coffee! And don’t even get me started on my husbands drink, which shouldn’t really even be a big deal just because he wants caramel on top. Which he didn’t get! The prices of these drinks is expensive and when you just throw them away because its not what you order is beyond frustrating!

I use the mobile order and pay app. I placed my order just before I get to the restaurant. In the case of this restaurant I placed it when I got in line since the line was so long.. It took over 15 minutes for me to get to the window. Needless to say my coffee was less than hot, and when I brought this to the attention of the manager, he explained well you ordered it 15 minutes ago 15 minutes ago. And then ask him have you looked at your window lately and seen your drive thru line ? Just to be clear, you do not need a phD and coffee for my order. It was a house blend with 3 cream. It Would seem that management Needs to be bit more aware of what is happening in drive-through

Seriously the worst drive thru , worst service , Wait in the drive thru line for 23 minutes, still had not ordered , was given the wrong iced coffee , asked.l for lemonade in my tea since they don’t offer lemons anymore , got nothing , no lemon flavor at all , the staff seems to be filled with teenagers who don’t take their job seriously,

And again, I really do t understand how a a coffee can be burnt every single time I visit this dunkin, If the 2 people who actually take the time to pay attention don't make it, it's wrong g or burnt, the past 2 weeks every day I get a burnt latte, yesterday the latte was super dark and orange looking,, I know it's burnt before I even walk into the store and see it sitting there, how don't someone whoakes them all day know?, and not to mention the smell!
