Wonderful place this place is more messed up than their ice cream machine. Usually if you’re ordering a burger it has buns and not just some meat with some cheese thrown in a box. Best part of my entire combo was my salty fries but it’s pretty hard to mess up fries unless you’re really trying.

9 out 10 times I go it's dirty and there is drama all the time. The staff is loud and if there is a problem everyone in the sitting area can hear. The kids area always has this weird smell of like sewage. We found a hair on the tray and I was so grossed out. All around the service, staff and cleanliness is very poor.

The drive-through was a bad experience. The employees of the store hthe store had a friend look at the drive-through and everybody had to come say hello to him. They spent more time talking to him than they did preparing his preparing his meal.

I went here for breakfast this morning and there were a few people in front of me inside. When I finally got to the register, the lady taking orders helped the person behind me before she took my order. I almost walked out to go somewhere else. If you are looking for fast friendly customer service, you won't find it here.

The food had obviously set out too long and they still served it there were children in the play area without their parents attending them and other children were getting hurt and the employees did nothing about it first time ever having a bad experience at the Duncan McDonald's

Some enjoy McDonald Cheeseburgers, but do not get enough of the specialness sauce; which is miracle whip, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish. If I could rate 0 stars I WOULD!! Terrible management or horrible training or bad employees, not sure which. No one knows what to do like it's everyones very first day. You definitely don't get whay you order
