Blimpie

How's Blimpies? I have been a patron of Blimpies since the late 1970s growing up in New York city. As I am able to recall, Blimpies was the first (if not one of the first) submarine/hoagie sandwich places I ate at. Their signature "Blimpie Best" has been the dish I have ordered the most frequently. Chicken nuggets were better than what's served at McDonald's and Burger King. There should be more choices given for the dipping sauces. This franchise has kept the tradition and has ordered their provisions from one of the better vendors whose meats have the consistent flavor and taste that I remember from my childhood. Their toppings are the same and doesn't have all of the veggie options that Subway has. But then again, the meats at Blimpies are better than what is sold at Subway joints (IMO). Service is okay and the staff and management can do a better job at welcoming customers and being more attentive to ensure a satisfying experience.

Never had a bad experience ordering from this place until today. Placed order online via website for delivery few moments later I get a call from employee aldo saying he couldn't deliver due to him being the only one in store...OK... so cancel the order and refund me, he states that i have to cancel order via the way I ordered. I informed him that there isn't a way to cancel and it clearly states to call the store for cancelation and order changes (as you can see from photos) he continues to be rude and then starts yelling at me that he can't cancel the order. So I get in my car and I go to store and he still is rude... Owner Joseph you need to check your employees on proper customer service if you don't know an answer to something its best to say that and try to find someone who does know, this will be my last time coming here and spending my money

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a fabulous evening and the venue was certainly the reason for this happy meeting. The waiters contributed in a graceful style, the cuisine was great and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall no dout return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I have been going to this Biimpies for 15 years and the first time I have a complaint, the Manager blames it on the bakery they get the bread from. Paying for a $10+ hero with skimpy amount of meat is one thing, but when there is a complaint and the manager is not willing to do anything, maybe they don't mind losing customers. I will tell all the people i know not to go there.
