Service was shocking. More like a youth social club than a productive food outlet.
Food is always the same, the world over. No problems there.
However the customer interactions
and the delivery of the food
was beyond poor. Cleanliness in covid times should be a high priority.
Not here.

Unfortunately, my elderly mother was craving hot and spicy. When we arrived home to discover it was extremely dark brown and soggy. It was not spicy or flavoursome.. as this is her favourite KFC it was disappointing

Not recommended, the staff are not pleasant, food very greese,
I bought colonial dinner for $16.95 (4 fried chicken) n I asked chili sauce. The Aussie young staff has given me only 1 sauce which is half spoon for 4 chicken. (It is insane).
The other day, the manager reluctant to give the wifi password while I was waiting as his answer that Free Wifi display on the entrance only for manager.
So why display publicly if it's only for a manager. :(
This is my personal experience, only. Definitely not recommended.

At busy times tends to have lots of frustrated customers waiting for orders and lots of delivery rider's hanging about. I once saw a delivery driver rummaging through the bin to collect bottles. Gross.
I've ordered H&S here and they've simply substituted original recipe because they "don't have any right now". Where is the communication?

Live down the road so it's our local kfc. Items in our order are often missing so we now call up everytime this happens and we usually get the items back at no charge on our next visit. It would be nice if they could remember it in one go.

KFC unfortunately does not have the consistency of Macca's, the chicken always smells so delicious but this time it was oily and left me feeling a bit off. After eating the chicken tenders my body did not feel healthy or rejuvenated, not that you would normally expect that from fast food but KFC probably has the most noticeable effect

Very poor customer service here. I'm always left unserved until I get someone's attention... Had to settle for this place more than I've like to lately and everytime I have, I get sick. Stomach aches and the squirts 🤢🤮. This place is a no go now!

This is the second time I had issues with KFC.Ordered Hot and spicy for snacks and missing spicy chicken in the box.Be professional guys.Check before giving it to the customers.
