Dunkin'

I hate to write this because the staff here seems fun-loving/positive but they simply can’t make good coffee for the life of them. I believe they think they are doing customers a favorite by tripling the syrup (and I get Dunkin is know for sweetness) but my god, no. You literally can not drink these lattes because they taste like 40% milk and 60% syrup. No coffee detectable at all. Truly curious if they even brew any throughout the day. I have came here about 10 times. Each time just hoping the last one was an off day but this is consistent. I have made the extra drive to another Dunkin nearby that has the proper ratios. Today, I asked for HALF the pumps of sugar and got to the window and my drink was white again. So I just knew it was syrup and it was. Please teach these kids how to make a coffee!

They are stealing from their customers. On more than one occasion I have been to their store and they will keep your change because they don’t have any. They don’t ask if you have exact change or if you want to use a card they just keep your money. Not cool. Put a sign up so the customer can make the decision on how they want to pay.

I am disappointed lately with DD, they have hired teens and that is not the problem, the under training it is. I have received cold mini Bagels, and super sweet ice coffe. I asked and they said they usually put 8 counts of whatever sugar the client ask.😯 I was so frustrated I took my coffee home and I mixed with my own to fix it. This shops are my favorite coffee shops, I'll give a second chance. But I am hesitating.😣😞😓

I mean, it's DD, so you know that you can't have high expectations, but the girl taking the order literally walked away to talk to her friends mid-order. Like, "I'd like a large-" and she was walking away. And didn't come back. I honestly think the only reason I go back to ANY DD is for the story I can tell afterwards.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The young girl taking orders in the drive-thru at 7:40pm on Monday, June 13th was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was the only one in the drive-thru and while taking my order she kept telling me to hold on and was laughing. After 5 minutes she asked for my order which I repeated 3 times but she kept laughing. When I looked inside the drive-thru window she was talking to her friends. I got frustrated and told her to please take my order but she talked back and said to repeat my order again with an attitude. At this point, I didn't want to continue wasting my time with an ignorant person and drove off. Most of the current reviews are from upset customers that experienced the same thing. She shouldn't be working here.
