3/17/22 @ 3:10pm Very disappointed in this location, I ordered the new fry season chicken tenders(which were terrible🤢), add chili and cheese to my fries. I get the bag and thank goodness I looked before I drove off because they gave me regular fries. So then I let them know they left my chili cheese fries off, the girl at the window was tryin to see if she could just add it on without having to charge me since it was thier mistake, nope, they charged me. And then had the nerve to only put the cheese on my fries, 😠 I paid for chili and cheese, and then left out my ranch sauce, had to go back and get that. I tried to call them to speak to someone because I had already driven back to work. The phone just rings, no answer. I will say the girl working the window was nice but I still want what a paid for. I had my mouth set on them chili cheese fries🥺😭

I went here twice late at night after work. The first time everything was great it was quick, and the food was decent. However, the second time was a different story. I got to the drive through and waited. Then waited some more after about 7-8 mins no one spoke through the speaker, and a worker even saw the line forming. I tried speaking up to grab someones attention, but again didn't get a response. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Only fast food restaurant open at 2:30am so had to pick something up for my mom coming from the hospital. Young guy laughing while taking my order. Doesn’t say a word when you pull up but he sure can laugh and crack jokes. Unprofessional and the burger was disgusting! Train your employees! Customer service goes a long way! Go else where!

The food was okay, it could have been better seems like they added extra salt onto their fries. I mean your fries are already seasoned there's no reason to add any more salt to them. The burger was good. I didn't really like the drive-thru experience because it was a robot which I don't like should be more personable. I guess if I have to eat there I will but I'm still going on five because I don't believe in giving anything less than a five as long as everything was good.
