Pretzel Maker

I wasn’t going to write a review until a saw some unfair negative reviews. The food is good, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff there. I feel like whenever I see negative reviews about customer service, but I haven’t ever had an issue when eating there, that there’s a good chance that the customer was the problem. The malls rent is also expensive and to keep up they probably had to raise prices. Most likely not their fault.

I've been a fan of "Pretzelmaker" for years. It's been some time since I've had an opportunity to stop at the Pretzelmaker in the Kennedy Mall. Last week I finally stopped and was going to have a pretzel and a drink. When I ordered my Pretzel and Drink I was informed my refill on my drink was $.96 and the cheese for my pretzel was $.75. Are you serious.....the cheese don't come with the Pretzel ? You know...this made me realize what kind of owner runs this place. He, She or They are more concerned with the profit they have no problem overcharging for what should be standard or included in the cost of your snack. Lets face it this is not intended to be a meal. Your charging $.96 for a 20oz. refill when at this point of a refill will cost $.16 and your cheese will cost $.11. Your gauging the customers.I have to wonder how long it will take before customers refuse to pay such prices just to have a snack when they could just walk another 150 yards to the food court to pay the same for an actual lunch or dinner at a real restaurant. I or my family will never again frequent your place of business in the future.
