Just traveling through. Clean store, bathroom needs some attention. Normally the Asiago sandwich is a good fast food filler. Not today for this location...chicken super dry, similar to jerky🙄! 3 stars for hot fries, 🤗!

Was in drive thru for over 40 minutes for a Mobil order. Finally at the window and told they didn't have it... and honestly they didn't care. I had order number and paid receipt to show it was their store... they didn't care. I spent 23:43 on the phone with Wendy's 800 number to try and get a refund for the card charge. Never talked to anyone. Email has now been sent.
I strongly advise avoiding this Wendy's for a while

Bad food served with an even worse attitude. Burger was dry and only half a patty. Ordered a kids meal and they lied and said the honest drink was just a bottle of water. As if we did but have honest fruit drinks before. Also ordered medium fries and received small all around.

Stopped here on the way back to NWGA. The staff were genuinely nice and very helpful. It's rare to find such a nice atmosphere in fast food these days but we thought it was a genuine pleasure!

If I could’ve done zero stars I would’ve. Me and my friends each got a meal and every single thing we had did not look safe to eat. They even got our orders wrong and the Pattys were soaked in some sort of black sludge and the chicken sandwhich meat was stretchy like they accidentally fried up one of their gloves. It wasn’t even edible. We all feel like deathly ill and only took a couple of bites to give it a chance after scraping all of the toxic waste off.

Used drive thru while traveling. Service fast with friendly staff. Enjoyed Frisco sandwich combo. Very tasty.

Slow service despite being nearly empty. Chili not very good. Restrooms not clean. A real disappointment. Used to go there often before COVID.
