The employees seem to be getting trained a lot better in the recent months. They are putting forth so much more effort in making sure orders are made correctly and fresh. They are courteous! I do wish they had a Military discount, because they do not have one currently. The dining room looks clean, tables clean and it was recently remodeled. The food is overall great.

Incredible service!! I travel frequently and stop at quite a few fast food places. During the past year or so, most places staff are so rude (probably related to short staffing) BUT KFC 441 Dublin was the nicest and most respectful staff I’ve come across in a long time!! And there seemed to only be maybe like 5 people working total & they were so welcoming and kind! 10/10 for being treated so kindly & food was freshly cooked!

It was like a freezer in there. We almost froze to death eating. I don't know how the can afford to run the air like that in there. Had to be like 60 at least. The service was horrible. Food was hot but all of our orders was wrong. The staff was miserable. They looked and acted like they didn't want to be there at all. All the tables were dirty. Kinda sucks they have hired poor employees because it looks remodeled and has potential to be a nice place to eat. I will probably not ever go back. Just not worth the experience.

Waited 30 minutes for our order. One guy came by and say they had to cook the fries was why it was taking so long. When we finally got the food the fry tasted like they were fried in old grease the biscuit had raw dough in the center. We ordered the 3 piece strip and one was a very small piece of chicken with lots of stringy batter attached.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Do not come to this KFC. I came in the store well before dining room closing hours and was told the inside was close. I went through the drive through made my order, and had to go back through again for a second time because I was missing items from my order. I explained this to the young lady who took my order again ( the same one who took it the first time) and she told me to pull around to the window to get what I was missing. I did so and I had no idea I would have to wait 10-15 mins before they even noticed me back at the window. Even when the they did notice they just laughed and the girl went and sat down in the dine in area. The guy mopping up the floor finally gave me what I was missing. I would rate lower but I can’t.

FIRST OF ALL, I REALLY LIKE KFC, SO THIS REVIEW IS TOUGH FOR ME. THIS KFC NEEDS SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION! FIRST... AND THE WORST... RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED, I SAW A BIG ROACH OR WATERBUG AS SOME CALL THEM RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR UNDER THE COUNTER. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELED MY ORDER & WALKED OUT. NEXT, I GET MY ORDER AND SIT DOWN, THEN NOTICE A ROACH ON ITS BACK AND NOT DEAD ADJACENT TO MY TABLE. I MADE A PICTURE FOR REFERENCE. NOW, THE NEXT BAD THING. THIS MUCH OLDER LADY WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKE MY ORDER, SHE WAS APPARENTLY CLUELESS TO THE COMBOS. I ENDED UP ARGUING WITH HER ABOUT WHAT WAS IN COMBO 6. IT HAD TWO SIDES, THE PICTURE SHOWED TWO SIDES, THE WRITEUP SAID TWO SIDES, BUT THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT WASN'T CORRECT AND SHE CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THE SECOND SIDE. SHE FINALLY CANCELED THAT CHARGE AFTER THE "DISCUSSION". I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PARTICULAR KFC AGAIN. THANKS....
