Did not pick up personally (toothache) for my family but my husband did & when I called back due to incorrect (missing) item the person claiming to be the manager refused to give her name. I only asked for it as reference as I've worked in fast food before and anytime someone called regarding their order I asked who they spoke with. She was very rude & unapologetic.

I was hesitant about going since I never enjoyed the potato wedges that came with the meals but the new fries are amazing. Chicken was perfect. Had some tenders and popcorn. Also the sandwich and a thigh. All the food was very tasty and very hot when I brought it home. Unfortunately the service wasn't so great. Employees were a bit rude and not very friendly. They were not mean but I could tell they were annoyed with everyone who showed up.

By far the best to Kentucky Fried Chicken I've ever been in. Nice service and the chicken was wonderful. I don't know how they made such crispy chicken and it wasn't greasy. The young man that helped me at the counter was very polite.

This is the 3rd time now that I have ordered the chicken strips. All 3 times they were too thin and dried out, the coating was beyond extra crispy into super hard and crunchy, and they were very oily. I suspect that they were dipped into the oil a second time to 'reheat' them. They were not burnt but they were definitely way overdone. Overall a poor experience. Going to take my business elsewhere for a while until I forget the unpleasantness.

Maybe my worst fast food experience ever. They made me change my order at the speaker a couple times for reasons I couldn't understand through the speaker (no sauces on the side or something), then were out of wings by the time I got to the window, so I had to change it again, and then it was still wrong. And old, and dry. And $10. Do not ever visit here.

If you like KFC you won't be disappointed here. I went through the drive through at supper time. There was a wait because of the line but they handled it well.
