The worst service ever encountered. The only one that knew what she was doing was working drive-thru. And having to come assist the other 2 that had no clue what day of the week it was. You can tell those 2 didn't want to be there. I will never go back to that location again. Oh and once handed my order ' they forgot another item on my order which were simple donuts. They weren't even busy. Omg...

Omg this dunks is the best . I'm loveing it daily. Everyone is so friendly . The other day there was 2 really nice guys painting some vent things in the ceiling and they were so kind to me and my friend . It's a good feeling knowing there are caring people still out there . Keep up the great work .

Placed a mobile walk in order. The doors are locked and their making you go through the drive thru. I didn't have time to wait in the drive thru.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dunkin seriously needs to rethink their management team here.

Dunkins Dunkin..It's good..It's donuts and coffee..I put three stars originally but I'll give it 4..Nice hard working people there..And they're open on days when many places aren't..That's a nice feeling when you're up really early or it's a holiday and you just wish it was a regular normal day..

Slowest/Worst run DD I have ever had the misfortune to go to. Every morning they take a least 5 minutes to respond to the drive-up order, then another 5 at least to give you the order at the window. Free donut day on Friday the doors were LOCKED, and the drive-up was packed!!

Place is disgusting. Bathrooms are stained with feces, I got the wrong order with service from 3 ignorant people who couldn't even respond to me when I asked a question about getting my order corrected. They are obviously too busy hanging out and not working or cleaning this disgusting location. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Awful place . The 2 workers looked high. Ice coffee tasted burnt. Went in 2 xs to have them fix it. The girl in drive thru didn't know anyone's order. Horrible. Waste of 2 dollars. Worst dunking I have ever been too

Charged for four drinks instead of two. Refused refund because she 'wasn't a manager' (young black lady). I said that's fine just make up the difference in donuts.. got handed a bag of donuts.. very poor customer service.
