Pronto Pizza

Pizza is good, 1 star is because the service is bad. I ordered pizza by phone got there and my order wasn’t ready. They took 1 whole hour to make my pizza. Today I decided to ordered online and what’s the point if they still take over and hour to make my order. I called to complain and a guy said he was the “Supervisor” and I told him my problem and the only thing he said was “I don’t know, I don’t know, I wasn’t there”. I was trying to explain to him that if he is the “supervisor” he needs to talk to the employees or the boss for solutions how to solve the problem, only thing he said “Sorry ma’am I have another call” he didn’t even care. He didn’t give me his name. Pronto Pizza please don’t care just about the money, you also need to care about the customers. Hopefully the the other people who was waiting for their orders and were mad complain about the wait time.
