Anthony B was a terrible worker and must of been burnt out for the day by the lack of his proper customer service. I would have said something to him on the spot but he would have probably spit inside my drink out of anger. It's always a hit or miss with the workers at this location. You will either have good customer service or not each time you go. I would not keep going to this location if it wasn't so convenient for me. I live around here and really like smoothies.

Although the juice was good. Very poor staffing only 2 people working so they could only do about 3 orders at a time. Had to wait 5-9 mins just to order with only 1 person in front of me.

Hey don't come here, I honestly mean that from the looks of it this place is a mess not physically but like how staff runs things. If your craving jamba juice I suggest going someplace else. The juices are always 50/50.

I had a problem with my mobile order and was instructed by the email to contact the store directly. I called the store for more than an hour and a half and they never answered the phone. Why put the stores contact number if they never pick up the phone.

I Called and let the phone ring for a long time and they never answered. When I arrived as usual they never have oranges 🍊 for some fresh squeezed O.J.

i want to give you a zero. but that's not possible so i give you a one. they took forever just to make one small drink. and when i got it it was super watery and flavorless. it was a mobile order as well but took almost 15 minutes!

I went there to get a drink. Waiting in line for the cashier to be finished talking to her friend because she had to show her something on her phone. I can understand a few seconds but more than 5mins. Not cool, Nothing was stocked outside, no chips or to go bars.

So I’ve been going in here recently because I realized the new matcha drink was REALLY good. I learned to order ahead because the wait can be a little long so after like ten minutes I go in to get my drinks. My matcha drink is ready and waiting on the counter, but the matcha looks darker than usual. I’ve had this happen before and it tastes super bitter. So I asked super nicely if the girl behind the counter could add more coconut milk. She sounded annoyed but said okay. She didn’t add more milk but she added more whip on top. I guess she just poured out some of what was already in the cup and added more but the cup was really gross when she gave it back to me. It was covered in whip and the lid was overflowing with it as well. I wiped it all off myself but it was still gross. I didn’t want to complain anymore but I was sad. Eventually my boyfriend went in and asked them to put it in a new cup and the girl with the pink hair immediately rolled her eyes and moved to the back to complain with the shift lead about it. Point is the whole experience sucked and wish it didn’t happen like that
