I thought I'd give it a go as its new and close enough to my house to stop on the way home.
The chips were great and the small cod was more than ample sized and very well cooked.
I'll definitely give it another go just for reference.

We came across The Codfather after a very late return ferry crossing. We were all tired and hungry, but the staff were very kind and friendly. The chips were freshly cooked and really delicious. There was an outside seating area to wait and our children were offered a complimentary battered sausage because the staff could see how hungry they were. I would highly recommend The Codfather, which is open on Sundays unlike many other fish and chip shops.
