This is the place to get your Chinese takeaway. Great food, always well cooked and free delivery if you are lucky. We've been using it for years and will continue for the foreseeable future. The English food is good value too, if you fancy a change. Usually pretty busy, so getting through on the phone takes time and is a bit annoying, but if it was easy it would be because it wasn't so popular. Worth the effort 👍.

My family has been ordering from this Chinese takeaway for over 10 years. Always fresh, quality food. The prices are slightly higher than our more local Chinese takeaways, but the food here tastes much better. Would highly recommend the chow mein from here (it's smoky and flavourful, unlike some places where it can be quite bland). The roast chicken Chinese style is also always included in our order... No other Chinese makes it like Golden Kitchen does. The only negative is that sometimes the order can take in excess of an hour to arrive, and the phone line is always engaged because they are so popular!

Chinese has always been my favourite takeaway. Golden Kitchen stands out. Firstly, It's always fresh and warm. We always order by phone for delivery and the staff are consistently friendly. The menu is varied. Much of the contents are the standard affair; Spring rolls, crispy beef, chicken curry etc. It does however, have plenty of items that are a little less common; Yellow bean sauce and the Peking (garlic?) are the best. Best of all everything tastes like it was made with decent ingredients, not just E numbers and flavoured powder. Much recommend!

Great food, really fast service. Delivery available, and if you get delivery you can order wine too. This Chinese has the highest food hygiene rating, the kitchen is open so you can actually see them prep the food. It's award winning, for good reason. They now take contactless cards too. They're closed Mondays.
