Pizza Hut

It’s been a crazy night for the driver, manager and myself. I am not going into details on what happened because of negative Nancy’s on here and won’t look at the positive in this. The fault was on both sides, my phone was messed up and when I called in after I restarted it, the manager was super nice and understanding and long story short, she had the food remade and sent myself and my kids double the food along with an extra treat and was straight out of the oven. While we were all annoyed from starving, the amazing customer service from Kaya is what is worth it in the end. I came and made a google account just to put this review on. Anyone that reads this, please just be kind and maybe you’ll get rewarded for it, and that goes for anything in life. It’s not that hard. Don’t be rude and immature about the situation. You don’t know what that other person is going through. Kaya, thank you so much for your professionalism and being such a great manager to your employees. Hopefully I will see you in person sooner or later to thank you, as people like you and I are rare to find anymore. God bless you and I pray your upper management sees this. Same to Gage the delivery driver, went through hell tonight and I felt bad and made it worth his while. Both of you were so great and I hope that location understands what they have as a delivery driver and a manager. Keep thriving and don’t stop. You are the real ones.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here about delivery and in house. I can’t speak for delivery but I picked up from this Pizza Hut and the food was above the standard. It definitely didn’t seem dirty or unclean to me at the time I arrived, there was actually a staff member cleaning in the back. Our pizza, wings, and cookie pie were all accounted for, hot, and absolutely delicious. They even added some extra bleu cheese for me as well. The woman at the front was very friendly and welcoming as well. I’d recommend this Pizza Hut for sure.

Never again. I would give 0 stars if I could. Called our order in at 6:45; was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00. I waited for 30 minutes while another man came in, ordered a pizza, and left with his pizza. I asked about my pizza and was told it would be out shortly. Finally someone said “ here’s your pizza”. I asked how long it was sitting there but no one could tell me. I asked for my money back but was told they couldn’t do that. I will never visit Dover Pizza Hut again.

Not impressed. Ordered online, arrived about 20 minutes later. Paid for my order. Then waited for a half an hour. When I asked the girl at the counter first she said it wasn't ready yet. I asked for the manager. She pulls my order of the shelf! It had been ready the entire time! So I got cold pizza, she did offer to remake it but, at that point I was in no mood to wait longer. Supposedly she put a credit under my phone number for the next time I order.. awfully bold to assume that'll happen.. there's lots of pizza places in dover.

i never really get pizza hut by choice , but the one time i do, it was awful. i ordered 6 boneless garlic parmesan wings and a large cheese pizza. first person to deliver it was a door dasher, he only brought me the wings. he told me some lady already took the pizza to deliver to me?? i called the store and they said some lady from uber took the pizza to deliver to me, then they looked again and said oh nevermind the pizza is still here we can make a new one. i said um yes please? it took over an hour to get my actual order on the table and the boneless wings were rubbery, small, and the sauce was soup surrounding them. the pizza was ok

Pizza was great, garlic butter crust is perfect The only problem is the recommended times for delivery. It started by saying 30-40 min. Then after paying for order it changed to 45-55 min. Then ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes. Twice the max time first suggested. Honesty is a much better business policy to maintain customers instead of bait and switch. You have a good product, sell it. Update, tried to order again. Will not even try delivery. Bit after waiting the time then getting to the store, my order is wrong. Not complicated order, but still wrong. Then, the only thing said is can you wait 10-15 for it to be made. There is a reason we order ahead and then wait to come. So they can't deliver on time, nor have it ready for pickup. They have used Covid as excuse, but these folks need some help. The dining room has become a storage container. Just a disgrace. Not necessarily a critic of the staff, they are obviously way understaffed. Owner get in gear with your business. It will turn people off Pizza Hut everywhere. Whew.... okay. Better now.

The location that we visited this evening was a dump. You should consider closing this location. The food was absolutely terrible! I spent over $30 on this meal and most of it ended up in the trash! I will never go back there again. In fact, I may never visit Pizza Hut again. You guys used to be top-notch. I guess Used To Be is Dead and Gone!
